Employers & Manufacturers Association membership special for ADPN members
It’ s great to have some good news especially at this time of year – this is just the New Year Present ADPN members need!
The Auckland Disability Providers Network Inc. has negotiated special membership concessions with the EMA – the Employers and Manufacturers Association (Northern) Inc. We are to be the Parent Body for a new disability providers group. This is a significant opportunity for members of the ADPN to tap into the products, services and contemporary training workshops and seminars offered by the EMA.
It is also an opportunity to represent the issues of disability and extend relationships through networking at functions arranged by the EMA. There may also be potential for negotiating support and sponsorship on an individual basis for your service or organisation.
Being a member of the EMA can bring peace of mind by helping you avoid issues when offering services or employment as legal advice is only a phone call away. It takes a few seconds to get things right in the first place by checking out the legal implications before making a decision, but can take a great deal of time and money if you get it wrong. The next subscription to EMA will not be due until May 2010 and will be collected at the same time as the 2010 ADPN subs are due.
